4DMedical celebrated as a high-growth Australian innovator, ranking seventh in Deloitte’s Tech Fast 50

Posted: 1 December 2025

4DMedical has been ranked seventh in the Deloitte 2025 Tech Fast 50 after recording a 715% increase in revenue across the past three years. The ranking is a recognition of the organisation’s rapid expansion and contribution to the health technologies sector.

The Deloitte Tech Fast 50 programme has been regarded as a key benchmark for identifying organisations that transformed bold concepts into high-growth commercial ventures. Each annual ranking assesses the top 50 public and private Australian technology companies based on percentage revenue growth over a three-year period, with this year’s review spanning 2023 to 2025.

The 2025 cohort had been noted for demonstrating strong performance despite difficult operating conditions. According to Deloitte, the selected companies had withstood economic pressures, global volatility and increasingly expensive capital, yet still delivered an average revenue uplift of over 700% across the assessed period. The entry-level growth threshold also rose, increasing from 105% in the 2024 report to 143% this year, reflecting a more competitive landscape. In addition, 18% of ranked companies reported more than $50 million in revenue.

Through its placement at number seven, 4DMedical was recognised for outperforming the majority of the national field by maintaining consistent, high-velocity growth. The Tech Fast 50 initiative continues to highlight and celebrate organisations shaping the country’s innovation economy, profiling those that achieved substantial scale in compressed timeframes. The 2025 announcement reinforces the role of high-growth companies such as 4DMedical in strengthening Australia’s broader health technology ecosystem, and acknowledges their ability to advance despite challenging market conditions.
