Meiban Corp Holdings has entered into a strategic alliance with Planet Innovation (PI) to deliver end-to-end Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) services for the MedTech sector. The collaboration was designed to streamline the product lifecycle—from early-stage concept development through to large-scale manufacturing.
Under the agreement, clients were offered a seamless transition from PI’s design and low-volume production capabilities in Australia and the United States to Meiban’s high-volume, automated manufacturing facilities across Singapore and Malaysia. The partnership aimed to bridge a long-standing industry gap, combining front-end innovation with back-end production within a unified service model.

The alliance integrated PI’s 300-strong team with expertise in healthcare, engineering, and commercialisation with Meiban’s vertically integrated manufacturing operations across 18 facilities. Meiban’s services—ranging from plastic injection molding to full product assembly—were supported by advanced automation and quality control systems.

As part of the agreement, Meiban acquired an estimated 20% equity stake in Planet Innovation, cementing the long-term nature of the collaboration. The partnership was expected to accelerate speed to market, reduce risk, and support scalable, high-quality delivery for MedTech companies globally.
