Jemimah Brennan

Director, Communications & Corporate Affairs, Moderna
Jemimah Brennan is a senior corporate affairs and communications executive with more than 20 years’ global experience advising organisations across the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Her expertise spans strategic reputation management, financial and capital markets communications, executive positioning, crisis leadership and stakeholder engagement in complex, highly regulated environments across Europe, the United States and Asia Pacific.
Jemimah joined Moderna in October 2022 as the inaugural Director of Corporate Affairs and Communications for Australia and New Zealand, where she leads external and internal communications and reputation strategy during a period of significant growth.
Prior to Moderna, she spent 11 years at CSL in senior regional and global roles, most recently as Head of Global Reputation and Financial Communications. In this role, she led financial communications and provided strategic counsel on corporate matters including M&A, brand positioning and stakeholder engagement.
Earlier in her career, Jemimah held roles in the not-for-profit and private sectors, including General Manager, Operations & Communications at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation.
She previously served on the board of the Australian Science Media Centre and is an alumna of The Wharton School’s Management Development Program.
