Nucleus Network, an international leader in early-stage clinical research, announced it had completed the acquisition of Hammersmith Medicines Research (HMR), one of the United Kingdom’s most highly regarded early-phase trial organisations. This milestone positioned Nucleus Network as the only provider with purpose-built facilities across Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
The union brings together two organisations with a common mission of advancing new therapies and improving patient outcomes. It also acknowledges the legacy of Dr Malcolm Boyce, whose leadership built HMR into a recognised centre of excellence in early-phase research throughout the UK and Europe.
