Thermo Fisher Scientific announces a significant expansion of its Bioprocess Design Centers across Asia, deepening its investment in the region’s rapidly advancing biopharmaceutical sector. The company is opening a new centre in Hyderabad, India, and enlarging existing facilities in Incheon, Korea, and Singapore to accelerate process development and provide specialised support for innovators throughout the region.
Asia continues to emerge as a major engine for global biopharma innovation, driven by growing demand for biologics, vaccines and cell and gene therapies. Thermo Fisher’s expanded network brings advanced technologies, technical expertise and localised support closer to customers to help speed the development of life-changing therapies. “Asia continues to play an increasingly important role in advancing innovation across the global biopharma industry,” said Daniella Cramp, Senior Vice President and President, BioProduction at Thermo Fisher Scientific. “By expanding our network in Korea, Singapore and India, we’re bringing world-class infrastructure and expertise closer to our customers, helping them deliver high-quality biologics faster, more cost-effectively and more sustainably.”
The strengthened tri-hub network now supports critical stages of bioprocess development.
